A. Summer Exploration Program - 2011 (Verneuil Central, East, West)
In June 2011, we commenced a summer exploration program on the three Verneuil properties with the purpose of identifying new exploration targets. The program included line cutting, followed by geological and geophysical surveys, stripping, and trenching and channel sampling. This was followed by diamond drilling in July 2011. Details of the work follows.
A significant amount of line cutting work was carried out across the Verneuil properties.
A detailed magnetometer survey was carried out over the Toussaint-Midrim showings area to define with more accuracy the geological structures and the drilling targets. An extensive Induced Polarization (IP) survey was also completed in August over the entire main property grid.
Trenching and systematic channel sampling were performed over the TSZ, the Benoist Showing, and the new JD Showing. The main Toussaint Showing, well exposed by trenching, was sampled with closely spaced systematic channels with one-meter samples. Trenching was also completed at the new JD Showing, exposing a rusted silicified shear zone, as well as a quartz-feldspar porphyry dyke and quartz-tourmaline veining.
In July 2011, five shallow holes (VP-11-01 to 05) were drilled over the TSZ, covering a strike length of 550 metres (m) east from the main Toussaint lens. All the holes intersected the TSZ at a depth ranging from 40 to 70 m, confirming the continuity of the shear zone at shallow depth.
B. Winter Exploration Program - 2011 (Verneuil Central, East, West)
On October 28, 2011, we commenced a $750,000, 4500 m, 25-hole drilling program aimed at the new target areas and the TSZ. A series of ten holes was planned on the TSZ, to test the extension of the zone laterally and at depth. The winter drill program was completed in mid-December 2011.
On February 14, 2012, we announced that it had completed this drilling program distributed between 20 new drill holes and 2 holes from previous programs that were deepened. Sampling of drill core was completed by mid-January 2012 and most of the assay results were received by the end of February.
C. Fall/Winter Exploration Program - 2012 (Verneuil West)

F. Qualified Person
Mr. Pierre Poisson, B.Sc., P.Geo., acted as the Company’s independent "Qualified Person" for the Verneuil properties, as that term is defined in NI 43-101.
Mr. Poisson owns and operates Muroc Inc., a geological consulting and mineral exploration services firm he founded in 1984. Muroc specializes in the exploration of precious and base metals in the remote areas of Northern Quebec. Mr. Poisson holds a B.Sc. degree in geology from Concordia University in Montreal.
