In 2011, we added an Advisory Committe which is comprised of external advisors who are neither directors nor officers of Viking Gold, though they may be shareholders.
Currently, the Advisory Committee members are experienced industry professionals who assist our Management and Board of Directors in identifying exploration properties for potential acquisition. These individuals, who also advise other mineral exploration companies, are granted options under the Company's approved stock option plan for participation on the Advisory Committee.
