John A. Hansuld, Ph.D., P.Eng.

Chairman, Board of Directors; Interim C.E.O.

Dr. Hansuld is a founder, developer and CEO of Canamax, 1983-'89. He is Past-President, Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) 1993-'96. He was named "MINING MAN OF THE YEAR" 1988 by "The Northern Miner" and Named "DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR", 1989 by the PDAC. Currently, Dr. Hansuld is a Mining Consultant and serves on the boards of several exploration companies.

Lawrence Smith

Director of the Corporation

Lawrence Devon Smith is a Mining Engineer who has worked with Kilborn Engineering, SNC Lavalin, Rio Algom, BHP Billiton Base Metals, and currently with Inco Limited as Manager of Project Evaluations, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development. Mr. Smith is also an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto where he teaches mineral economics.

Garfield Mitchell

Director of the Corporation

Garfield R. Mitchell, B.A., J.D., practiced corporate law with DelZotto, Zorzi LLP for five years, and then spent thirteen years with the Weston/Loblaw group of companies, ultimately serving as Vice President, Community Affairs at George Weston Limited and Executive Director of The W. Garfield Weston Foundation. After three years as a Partner in Bergerac Homes, he is currently a private investor based in Toronto.

David W. Brace, P. Geo, B.Sc. (geology), M.B.A.

Director of the Corporation; Audit Committee Chairman

David Brace is a professional geologist and has worked with a number of significant Canadian mining companies including Comino, Canada Tungsten and Aur Resources. He has extensive experience working in field geology (in settings from Canada's Arctic to Chile), in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties, and in business development.

George Supol, C.A.-IT

Chief Financial Officer

George Supol is Chief Financial Officer for the Company and is a Chartered Accountant, with an added Specialty in Information Technology. He is also the Founder and President of inbusys inc., a Toronto-based consulting firm which services both corporate I.T. and accounting clients.
