In the first 6 months of 2011, we acquired 3 new exploration projects - 2 in Ontario (Larose and Venton Lake) and 1 in Quebec (Verneuil Central/East/West).
Verneuil Exploration Commenced in 2011.
In the summer of 2011, we completed a detailed program of line cutting, geophysical surveys, and trenching and channel sampling on the new Verneuil properties.
Major Drill Programs Completed on Verneuil in 2011.
We completed summer and fall drill programs on the Verneuil properties in 2011. Winter program assay results are pending.
Flow-through Financing Recently Completed.
On December 6, 2011, we completed a private placement of 6,991,667, 75% flow-through units (common shares and warrants) at $0.15 per unit for gross proceeds of CDN $1,048,750.
Larose Property Recently Optioned to Golden Share.
On December 9, 2011, Golden Share Mining Corporation entered into an option agreement with us to acquire a 50% interest in Larose over 3 years.
